I purchased two very expensive pieces. Bcause I am elderly and disabled I choose delivery. I was threatened with robbery. They came back looking through my windows. I put up cameras. We ordered a special bed frame and mattress set from them, gave it what I thought was enough time and got told it would be here at a certain time and wasn't, I understood it would take time and the time of year. But the woman who answered my calls and when I went in even got snippy. Finally got the bed and mattress set and the box spring is to tall. I could understand all the hiccups but to be treated and talked down to by the woman that was unexceptable. We pay on our bill every month and may not be upper class, but come on treat people with respect, because we treated the people there with respect and kindness. Get rid of the snarky, unprofessional lady or give her 101 on customer service. I’m a little disappointed with the customer service care of the lady that works there when a call was made she was very snippy and had an attitude over a part, you might want to get a different outlook on how you treat costumers, and not particularly a good way to run your business considering for no longer the piece of furniture was bought not that long ago and could have offered to replace the piece of furniture instead of waiting on a part for at least going on over three weeks now, you might just want to consider what some folks are going through before you act like you do!
